English Paper	When you submit the paper please choose “English Paper” in presentation track, “English” in presentation language. Submitted your file through KICS website (or Click the button ‘논문제출/Submission’). All papers should be submitted in PDF format (1~2 pages). Best papers will be selected by the technical program committee among full papers presented at KICS Fall Conference. When a paper is published, copyright is transferred to KICS(The Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences), and it is considered that you agree to online disclosure. When submitting a paper, please check in advance and submit, as tables, images, and technical contents that cannot be disclosed externally cannot be modified after publication.
